Driving along highway speed and the car brakes abruptly and the accelerator pedal was unresponsive. If this would have happened at rush hour, this would have caused a pile-up. If this would have happened in front of a semi, i might be dead. I moved across two lanes of traffic with no throttle control. The car regained throttle response after about 45 seconds.

Upon stopping and removing the driver seat belt, the electronic monitoring system is supposed to engage the emergency brake to prohibit the vehicle from rolling when stopped. The emergency brake has not, repeat, has not engaged multiple times upon parking my vehicle and the vehicle has rolled forward or backward, depending on the situation.
