Child Seat
The shoulder harness separated from the yolk on the rear of the child safety seat. The owner un-installed the safety seat and re-attached the shoulder harness to the yolk. Owner later re-installed the seat into the vehicle attaching the seat belt of the vehicle and attaching the seat belts of the vehicle to the tether.
