Structure
Passenger sliced finger open on chrome plating which appears to have began delamination. Chrome plating is on exit handle inside of the vehicle. *tr very similar to case 10526049.

I noticed metal bars sticking out of the headrests of my 2004 honda civic. These are the bars that give the headrest its structure, but there is supposed to be cushioning that protects the bar from coming in contact with the driver's or passengers' skull. The head rest of our 2004 honda civic lx has the metal frame exposed through the foam. The metal frame is exposed in both head rests of front seats. We are in the process of checking to see if a recall has been made. The concern is if a wreck occurs, the metal frame would cause severe head trauma or even death. *tr

Blue 2004 honda civic paint is peeling and blistering off the top of car. I have seen many other blue honda's with this same problem. I have been calling honda for months trying to get info and i was just told there is no recall on it. I took my vehicle into a honda dealership to get my left fender repaired. When the fender was removed, mechanics noticed that the bumper reinforcement was not on the vehicle. The vehicle is a certified used vehicle and was to be in no accidents. I had to pay for the parts out of my pocket to have the car up to honda standards. *jb
