Tl*the contact owns a 2004 honda civic. The contact stated that when the vehicle was in park he was not able to take the keys out of the ignition. The contact had to move the gear shift around in order to remove the keys from the ignition. The dealer was contacted via email and they have not responded. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was 45000 and the current mileage was 65000.
