Changed the passenger airbags at recommended dealer by honda. They supposedly changed it and should have done the proper checks to make sure all is well but it was obviously not done as the car ended up locking up seatbelts on driver and passenger from a minor pothole that the case manager is calling a collision. Addendum: reference odi number: 10748966. As of 6/19/2016 my honda civic has a recall for the passenger side airbag (vin verified). I am not suppose to let anyone sit in the passenger seat until a honda dealer fixes it. Ran over a shallow pot hole on a city street. The car was going 10-15 miles per hour (5 feet after a complete stop at a stop sign). The car was traveling straight across a one way stop. The driver's side air bag exploded (did not deploy) and seat belt stopped retracting. Damage was also noted to the base of windshield on the driver's side.
