I was in a car accident and the airbag did not deploy. I continue to have pain and injuries that have not healed.

I was hit by a car turning left and my airbags did not deploy. The cars screen had an alert on it with the words "airbag failed". My vin is not in the recall however i am concerned. The aribags failed and i'm lucky that i was ok. The car is deemed a total loss due to the airbags failing.
