I was driving down i45 at about 70mph when i heard a really loud pop. Confused, i was looking in all my mirrors trying to find out what happened, as i knew i didn't hit anything or feel anything. The front windshield easily gets chipped and cracked from kicked up debris from other vehicles. Driving, i have received 3 cracks in my windshield that have splintered badly. These incidents happen during driving on a paved road that has 2 lanes going the same direction. Debris was kicked up from other vehicles driving in front of me. I have owned many cars in the past and have never had a problem of this magnitude.

The vehicle was running and in park when the rear window shattered for no apparent reason. It was about 60 degrees outside and the front and rear defrosters were on. The glass was still in new condition. There is no real explanation. Among the witnesses was the sales manager to the dealership. Even with that, the dealership still refused to treat it as a warranty repair.
