The cars safety belts have had trouble retracting for about 5 years. I was unaware of being able to report safety issues, or would have much sooner. Most recently the low beams went out. I dropped my car of 7/21/03 for engine repair and body work. The body shop said it would take 10 days. 7/28/03 my car was broken into while in their shop and i was not alarmed until 21/2 weeks after the "break in" incident by the detective on the case.
