The passenger side low beams on the car do not work even though the high beams will work. It seems somewhat similar to what happens to the 2001 & 2002 honda civics. The fueses in the car seem to work fine and even when a new bulb is installed the low beams only work for a couple of days before the low beams stop working.

The cars safety belts have had trouble retracting for about 5 years. I was unaware of being able to report safety issues, or would have much sooner. Most recently the low beams went out. The srs light is also on. The cars horn is wired into the srs system. So you loose two major safety features at once. Very bad design. The drivers seat had been loose for years. The skid plate/floorboard cracked and allowed the…

During the day the inside of my car had a burning plastic smell. Later that night, my headlight low beams would not work. I had to drive home with the passing beams wedged on. Today i took the headlight/turn signal switch off of the steering column. The assembly had started to melt and the harness connector that was attached to it is singed! Apparently i am not the first to have this problem in a honda vehicle.…

Tl* the contact owns a 2000 honda civic. The contact stated that the low beam headlights were malfunctioning.
